You've heard the saying, "these next four years will be the best years of your life!"  College is such an exciting chapter, yet it might be daunting at times as well. You are making new friends, living in new surroundings, keeping up with coursework, budgeting your time and your money.  For some, this may be your first lengthy stay away from home. Navigating the college campus, your academic schedule, and the social aspect all take time. So does making safe choices while making new friends. 

 

Get a JUMP START on leading your life in college well by finding the right structure and balance in your day to day life.  We will work together to identify your core values, discover your strengths and personality profile. We will then develop your unique SMART goals to get you on your desired path and establish the balance you crave.  We will also discuss how to overcome the many potential obstacles.
